Built in the XV century on medieval remains, the building boasts a sober and elegant facade that echoes the ancient Roman walls on Via Montenapoleone and one on Via Bigli. It is distinguished by a cotto portal, richly decorated windows, and an inner porticoed courtyard with Tuscan columns. A long frescoed staircase leads to the inner apartments guardians of secrets and beauties of other times.
